Who We Are...
The Trumbull County Office of Elderly Affairs was established by the Trumbull County Board of Commissioners in 1975 to serve as the administrative unit for two (2) major programs funded by the Older Americans Act, 1978, as Amended. The program is Nutrition.
Funds are provided by the Trumbull County Board of Commissioners, the Trumbull County Senior Services Levy, the Older Americans Act through the Administration on Aging, the Ohio Department of Aging, the District XI Area Agency on Aging, Passport, the State of Ohio and Title XX through the Trumbull County Department of Job & Family Services. Match for the grants received are provided by County funds and in-kind services. The donations that our Program participants make go directly into the program as part of its support.
